Another uni project I am currently undertaking is designing a map and signage system for a place of my choice, so I felt the perfect place (and would benefit the most) would be a zoo. So I decided to use a zoo that wasn’t too mainstream so didn’t already have a distinctive look for a map and signage, so I chose a local zoo in Cambridgeshire called Linton Zoo. They are a wildlife breeding centre and I have been visiting it for many years since I was a child. So I knew what this place had to offer with signage and maps, so this would benefit the most for a ‘redevelopment’. While doing my research of the zoo, I couldn’t miss an opportunity to do some photography there. I might not have been able to feel my feet or hands and it snowed every so often, I will never miss an opportunity to do one of my favourite hobbies and photograph animals.
